A concept gets developed into a single polished execution. It is presented, admired, argued over and approved on taste. If it was the wrong version of a good idea, you find that out after the media is booked.
The same concept is built out in as many credible versions as it takes to see what the idea actually depends on. Each one is scored against the strategy. The choice still belongs to the team — it just arrives with evidence attached, and being wrong costs a day.
Ad Foundry is the controlled bridge between having an idea and being able to judge that idea as advertising. Nothing built here is meant to ship. Everything built here is meant to be evaluated.
The concepts are not ours alone. A line, a rough sketch, a storyboard, an existing prototype, a finished-looking execution the client already owns — whatever form the thinking arrives in, our job is to reproduce it, translate it and vary it fast enough that the alternatives are still on the table when the decision gets made.
Territories are the strategic spaces the brand can credibly occupy — mapped before anyone writes a line, and handed over two or three at a time. Every concept the Foundry receives belongs to one of them, which is what keeps the comparison honest: the versions differ in execution, never in the strategy underneath.
